拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期的疗效观察

目的对拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期的临床疗效进行研究。方法将100例妊娠重度子痫前期患者随机分为治疗组(拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁)和对照组(硫酸镁+硝苯地平)。用多功能心电监护仪监测血压、心率、呼吸,血压取平均动脉压,观察治疗前24h尿蛋白定量变化,记录妊娠结局及产科并发症。结果拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠重度子痫前期能够降低胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息及产后出血发生率,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.05),两组均可减少尿蛋白。结论对于重度子痫前期的妊娠患者应用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗能迅速降低血压、减少尿蛋白、降低产科并发症的发生率,效果满意,值得临床上推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Labetalol Combined with Magnesium Sulfate for Treatment of Severe Preeclampsia

Objective Labetalol clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate for treatment of severe preeclampsia were studied.Methods 100 cases of pregnancy with severe preeclampsia patients were randomly divided into treatment group（labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate） and the control group（magnesium sulfate）.Multifunctional ECG monitoring blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,take the mean arterial blood pressure;observed before 24h urinary protein excretion changes;record pregnancy outcomes and obstetric complications.Results Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate treatment of pregnancy with severe pre-eclampsia can reduce fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,compared with the control group the difference was highly significant（P0.05）,two groups may be reduced proteinuria.Conclusion For severe preeclampsia of pregnancy were treated with labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate treatment can rapidly lower blood pressure,reduce proteinuria,reduce the incidence of obstetric complications,satisfactory results,it is worth to extended to clinical.
