发育性髋关节脱位手术治疗效果分析

目的:观察不同术式治疗发育性髋关节脱位的疗效。方法:1997~2005年收治发育性髋关节脱位25例32髋,均采用髂腰肌腱松解骨牵引后,分别行骨盆髋臼周围截骨造盖术、改良Salter骨盆截骨术、改良Chiari内移截骨术结合股骨短缩旋转截骨术治疗。结果:术后1~5年随访McKay评分:优23髋,良3髋,可4髋,差2髋,优良率81.25%。结论:骨盆髋臼周围截骨造盖术结合股骨短缩旋转截骨术安全有效,是发育性髋关节脱位的首选术式。

Comparison of Different Surgical Treatment for Congenital Dislocation of the Hip

Objective: To study the curative effect of different operations for treatment of congenital dislocation of the hip in Children and reduce the postoperative complications such as the pain of hip,limp and dislocation of hip.Methods:From 1997 to 2005,twenty-five cases of CDH in children were treated with combined osteotomy including incision of the adductor,acetabuloplasty of the pelvis and shelf operation,amended Salter osteotpmy and amended Chiari pelvic osteotomy,subtrochanteric shortening rotation osteotomy.Results:25 of the patients were followed up for over 5 years and Mckay showed that the excellent were 23,good 3,the rate of excellent and good results were 81.25%.Conclusion:Acetabuloplasty of the pelvis and shelf operation combined subtrochanteric shortening rotation osteotomy were ideal methods for congenital dislocation of the hip in Children.
