针刺预处理脑组织提取液对小鼠缺氧存活时间的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨针刺预处理脑组织提取液的抗缺氧损伤作用,为针刺效应物质的探讨提供初步的实验依据.方法大鼠肾俞、百会穴针刺后不同时间段断脑提取脑组织液,行小鼠腹腔注射,广口瓶密闭缺氧,记录小鼠缺氧存活时间.结果生理盐水腹腔注射对小鼠标准缺氧存活时间没有影响( F=1.93,P>0.05);大鼠正常脑组织提取液使小鼠标准缺氧存活时间 [(12.0633±2.6964) min]缩短( F=143.25,P< 0.05);针刺预处理后不同时间段 [预处理即时(38.2697± 3.004 3) min, 针刺预处理后 0.5 h(49.296 1± 4.974 0) min, 针刺预处理后 1h (31.087 0± 3.773 0) min; 针刺预处理后 2 h(26.446 5± 3.497 2) min]脑组织提取液均可使小鼠标准缺氧存活时间明显延长(F=143.25,P< 0.05),且呈现明显的时间变化规律,针刺预处理后 0.5 h脑组织提取液效果最好,使小鼠标准缺氧存活时间延长至(49.296 1± 4.974 0) min(是空白组的 2.3倍 ). 结论针刺预处理脑组织提取液可提高机体的缺氧耐受能力,具有抗缺氧损伤作用.

AIM:To explore the effect of brain tissue extracts after acupuncture preconditioning(AP) against hypoxic injury so as to provide experimental clues for the study of acupuncture effect substance. METHODS:The brain tissue extract was obtained from the rats which were electroacupunctured at shenshu and baihui.The extract was injected into the celiac cavity of the mice.After putting the mice into sealed bottles,the survival time of the mice was recorded. RESULTS:Saline injection had no effect on the survival time under standard anoxia(F=1.93,P >0.05);normal brain tissue extract shortened the time[(12.063 3± 2.696 4) min](F=143.25,P< 0.05);brain tissue extract of different stages after AP prolonged the time obviously[(38.269 7± 3.004 3) min 0.5 h after AP,(31.087 0± 3.773 0) min 2 h later,(49.296 1± 4.974 0) min 1 h after](F=143.25,P< 0.05); which showed time-dependent regulation. The effect of the brain tissue extract 0.5 h after AP was the best,which lengthened the time to(49.2961± 4.974 0) min(2.3 times as long as that in control group). CONCLUSION: Brain tissue extract after AP could reinforce the ability of the body to tolerate anoxia and have the effect of anti-anoxia-injury.
