青光眼滤过术后低眼压

青光眼滤过性手术后眼压下降,是手术的目的,也是手术成功的标志,但是眼压过低,持续于正常眼压的下限,就成为病理性低眼压。近年来,随着青光眼滤过手术中抗代谢药物的联合使用,使青光眼手术成功率明显提高的同时,术后低眼压的发生率亦明显增加。鉴于目前丝裂霉素C广泛使用,低眼压及低眼压性黄斑病变的发生率已明显增多,为降低此类并发症的发生,有必要对这类并发症作系统的了解。
