普通胸外科手术大出血原因及对策

目的探讨普通胸外科手术大出血原因及对策。方法该研究选择的对象共20例,均为该院2010年2月—2013年2月收治的普通胸外科手术大出血患者,对大出血原因进行分析,并制定和实施防治对策,回顾分析临床资料。结果该研究选择的20例患者中,完成初步止血操作后,裂口用无损伤缝线缝合,并行无损伤血管钳对血管上下端进行阻断及时止血18例。阻断静脉主干或出血动脉,对出血裂口进行修复2例。大出血均得到理想控制,无严重并发症及死亡病例发生。结论分析普通胸外科手术大出血的原因,术前做好充分准备,加强预防,一旦发生大出血,立即采取措施抢救,可有效止血,降低死亡率。

General Thoracic Surgery Bleeding Causes and Countermeasures

Objective To investigate the Causes and Countermeasures of general thoracic surgery bleeding. Methods The object of the study, a total of 20 cases were admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 general thoracic surgery in pa- tients with bleeding, the cause of the bleeding, and develop and implement prevention and control measures, retrospective analysis of clinical data. Results 20 patients in the study, after the completion of the initial operation to stop bleeding, cracks with no dam- age suture, parallel damage forceps blocking vascular upper and lower ends of the bleeding time 18 cases. Blocking the vein or bleeding artery bleeding gap repair in 2 cases. Bleeding ideal control, no serious complications and deaths occur. Conclusion bleeding because of general thoracic surgery, preoperative fully prepared to strengthen prevention, in the event of bleeding, to take immediate measures to rescue, which can effectively stop the bleeding and reduce mortality.
