| 摘 要： | 目的观察子宫肌瘤是否对子宫腺肌症超声诊断产生影响。方法对83例经病理确诊为子宫腺肌病的病人的超声图像进行分析,观察是否合并肌瘤,并与病理结果对照。结果超声征象有一定的特异性,对48例单纯子宫腺肌病及35例合并肌瘤的患者诊断符合率分别为91.6%和71.4%。结论合并子宫肌瘤会影响超声对子宫腺肌症的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective We assessed whether fibroids alter specific sonographic characteristics in the diagnosis of adenomysis. Methods Eighty-three Patients with the adenomyosis were evaluated and compared with the pathological results. Results Some characteristics were observed. Forty-eijht specimens contained adenomyosis, thirty-five specimens contained fibroids. The coinci- dence rate of ultrasonogry in diagnosing adenomyosis and adenomyosis contained fibroids was 91.6% and 71.4%.Conclusion Fi- broids limit the ability to diagnose the adenomyosis. |
