老年中重症心力衰竭临床内科治疗效果观察

目的探讨老年中重症心力衰竭临床内科治疗效果。方法选取在该院进行治疗的88例老年中重症心力衰竭患者,将其随机分成2组,每组44例,其中一组采用常规治疗方法,称为对照组;另外一组在其常规治疗的基础上,加上厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪和美托洛尔治疗,称为治疗组。最后对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经过对比,治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为97.7%远远高于对照组的72.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在治疗6个月后,治疗组患者的LVFE、BNP以及NYHA的改善情况也明显的优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在老年中重症心力衰竭治疗中,采用内科治疗方法,可以对患者的治疗效果进行有效的提高,改善患者临床指标,可以在临床中进行推广使用。

To Observe the Effect of Treatment of Elderly Severe Heart Failure Clinical Department of Internal Medicine

Objective Severe heart failure in elderly in clinical medical treatment. Methods In our hospital 88 cases of elderly pa- tients in severe heart failure, were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group, one group treated by routine method, known as the control group; another group on the basis of the conventional therapy, plus hydrochlorothiazide irbesartan and meto prolol treatment, said as the treatment group. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment com- pared with patients in the treatment group, the total efficiency is 97.7% higher than that of the control group 72.7%, two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）; after 6 months of treatment, patients in the treatment group LVFE, BNP and improved NYHA were also significantly better than the control group, compared the differences between the two groups with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In elderly heart failure treatment in Department of internal medicine, the treatment method, can effectively improve the treatment of patients, improve clinical indicators, can be popularized in clinical use.
