西比灵治疗偏头痛60例疗效观察

目的　观察西比灵对偏头痛的药物疗效。方法　应用西比灵 5～ 10ml,每晚睡前一次口服 ,一个月为一个疗程 ,疗程开始前两周和疗程结束后两周对比观察疗效。结果　总有效率达 91.1% ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,无不良反应。结论　西比灵为选择性钙拮抗剂 ,可阻滞过量的钙离子跨膜进入细胞内 ,防止细胞内钙超载造成损伤。西比灵为治疗偏头痛的首选药物。

Effect of Sibeline Treating 60 Cases of Migraine

Objective　 To study the effect of Sibeline in the treatment of migraine.Methods　 5～10 ml Sibeline was taken orally once before sleeping every night,one month as a course of treatment,the effects were compared two weeks before and after the course.Results　 The total response rate was 91.1%,there was obvious difference compared with the control group (P<0.01) without side effect. Conclusion　 Sibeline is selective calcium agonist,which can block too much calcium entering cells through the membrane,prevent too much calcium in cells causing injury.Sibeline is the first choice to treat migraine.
