| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超介导下微创经皮肾穿刺取石术（MPCNL）治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效与安全性。方法采用B超介导下MPCNL治疗56例单侧嵌顿性输尿管上段结石。结果56例患者中，7例合并严重感染先行Ⅰ期经皮肾穿刺造瘘术，5—7d后行Ⅱ期经皮肾镜碎石术；49例行MPCNL，术后5d结石清除率为89．8％。术后1个月结石清除率为100％。结论B超介导下微创经皮肾穿刺取石治疗嵌顿性输导管上段结石疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objectives] To explore the effects and safety of micro-trauma percutaneous nephrostolithotomy (MPCNL) in treatment for upper ureteral incarcerational calculi by B-type ultrasonic mediating.
