| 摘 要： | 目的 对腹膜透析相关腹膜炎因素进行分析并提出其相应的护理措施.方法 对83例101例次腹膜透析相关腹膜炎患者的病历资料问卷调查进行分析.结果 操作不规范、透析环境污染及出口处感染是引起腹膜炎的重要因素.结论 医护人员对患者及家属的健康教育、进行规范操作的再培训、加强出口处的护理可以提病腹膜透析的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors effecting continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)-related peritonitis,and present the measures to deal with it.Method Medical record and questionnaires of 83 patients/101 cases about CAPD-related peritonitis are reviewed and analyzed.Result Opera-tions not according with the standardization,contaminated dialytic environment,and wound's infection of the wound are the main factors effecting CAPD-related peritonitis.Conclusion The health education,re-instruction-and-training to the patients,and intensified nursing of the wounds can improve the curative effect. |
