驻马店市餐饮具消毒效果监测

目的了解驻马店市餐饮具消毒现状，以便采取相应的改进措施。方法采用大肠菌群纸片检验法对市区餐饮单位的餐饮具消毒效果进行监测。结果抽检餐饮单位218户，餐饮具10825件，合格率为74．15％。结论驻马店市餐饮单位餐饮具的消毒效果整体较低。今后，应加大食品卫生监督管理力度，落实消毒管理制度，提高餐饮具的卫生质量。

Effectiveness Inspection of Tableware Disinfection in Zhumadian City

Objective In order to find out the present status of the tableware disinfection quality in Zhumadian City so that necessary improving measures can be taken.Methods Paper of coli group examination method was used to monitor the efficacy of tableware disinfection in catering units of the city.Results The results showed that 10825 tableware samples from 218 catering units were examined .The eligible rate was 74.15%. The results of the survey reflected that the efficacy of disinfection of catering units in Zhumadian city was low.Conclusion It is,from now on,necessary to strengthen the administration and supervision of food hygiene ,to implement the disinfection administration system ,to raise the sanitary quality of catering units.
