| 摘 要： | 目的掌握宜昌市城区常见病媒生物种群及季节消长规律,为科学制定病媒生物防治方案提供有力依据。方法采用夹夜法监测鼠密度,诱蚊灯法监测蚊密度,笼诱法监测蝇密度,粘捕法监测蟑螂密度。结果宜昌市城区鼠类以褐家鼠、小家属为优势鼠种,分别占捕鼠总数的67.44%和27.91%;蚊类以致倦库蚊、骚扰阿蚊、白纹伊蚊为优势种,分别占捕获总量的40.78%、25.22%、18.07%;蝇类以家蝇、丝光绿蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇为优势种,分别占捕蝇总数的39.66%、15.76%和13.55%;蟑螂以德国小蠊、美洲大蠊为优势种,分别占捕蟑总量的59.17%、25.00%。4种病媒生物密度均有明显的季节性,5-9月为活动高峰期。结论根据不同季节、不同生境,采用科学方法防控病媒生物。
