| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)-mRNA在原发性肝癌(HCC)患者外周血中的表达和临床意义。方法采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法,检测25例HCC患者外周血中AFP-mRNA的表达。结果HCC患者外周血中AFP-mRNA表达率显著高于肝炎和肝硬化病人(P0.01);HCC患者外周血中AFP-mRNA表达与病人的肝外转移有关(P0.05),与病人的临床分期、肿瘤直径、数目、血清中AFP水平无关(P0.05);HCC患者术后1周外周血AFP-mRNA检出率与术前相比明显降低(P0.05)。结论AFP-mRNA可作为血循环中有肝癌细胞或肝癌细胞的标志物,手术前后的AFP-mRNA的监测有助于预测肿瘤复发的风险,可用于指导对患者的抗肿瘤治疗。 |
