阿昔洛韦与病毒唑联合治疗儿童病毒性脑膜炎的观察

目的观察阿昔洛韦与病毒唑联合治疗儿童病毒性脑膜炎的的效果。方法将我院及梅州市人民医院136例病毒性脑膜炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组患者服用阿昔洛韦,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加服病毒唑。结果治疗组总有效率为90.6%,显著高于对照组的67.2%,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论采用阿昔洛韦与病毒唑联合治疗儿童病毒性脑膜炎,可有效对儿童大脑进行保护,尽快控制病情,最大限度减少并发症,且毒副作用少,安全性可靠,值得推广应用。
