大面积烧伤患者的治疗和护理

目的探讨大面积烧伤患者的治疗和护理方法。方法选择2009年3月至2010年7月该院收治的100例大面积烧伤患者,其中男57例,女43例;小儿49例,成人51例,年龄1~65岁。患者入院后,予以精心的治疗;对患者的创面处理全程采用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术,结合抗休克、抗感染、营养支持、对症处理等全身综合治疗。结果100例大面积烧伤患者经过上述治疗之后,治愈85例(85%),基本治愈15例(15%),无效0例(0%),治疗总有效率100%。结论大面积烧伤患者死亡率高,伤势复杂,烧伤后手术室的有效救护,是提高抢救成功率的重中之重,值得密切注意。

Treatment and care of extensive burn patients

Objective To explore the treatment and care of extensive burn patients. Methods From March 2009 to July 2010,100 eases of extensive burn patients treated in our department were selected, 57 males and 43 females,49 children cases and 51 adult cases, aged 1-65 years old, and were given careful treatment. The wound management adopted burn skin regenerative technique combined with antihock,antinfective,nutritional support, symptomatic treatment and systemic treatment. Resuits Among 100 cases of extensive burn,after treatment,85 cases（85%） were cured, 15 cases（15%） were basically cured,and 0 cases （0%） was ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The extensive burn patients has the high mortality and complex injmies. The effective rescue in the operation room is the key to increase the rescue success rate,which deserres to be paid more attention.
