类风湿关节炎患者生活质量影响因素的调查分析

目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的健康相关生活质量及其影响因素。方法:采用健康调查简表(SF-36)对69例RA患者进行调查,采用多元逐步回归分析可能的影响因素。结果:RA患者SF-36各维度得分均低于国内健康居民常模,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,疼痛、关节功能障碍是RA患者健康相关生活质量的主要影响因素。结论:RA患者健康相关生活质量低于一般人群,积极采取有效的护理干预措施,全面提高RA患者的生活质量。

Analysis on the factors effecting life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective： To evaluate the health-related quality of life （HRQOL） in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） and to identify the factors affecting HRQOL. Methods： 69 patients with RA were studied by short-form 36 health survey scale （SF-36）. HRQOL was measured by a multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results： The score of each dimension of the patients were lower than normal model（P〈0.01 ）. The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main effecting factors of HRQOL were pain, joint function disturbance. Conclusion： HRQOL in patients with RA is lower than general population, so effective and positive nursing interventions should be taken.
