| 摘 要： | 目的评价以水苏糖、酸枣仁提取物为主要原料的口服液对机体免疫力的影响。方法按卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中增强免疫力功能检验方法，经口给予小鼠1．67ml／kg·bw、3．33ml／kg·bw、10．00ml／kg·bw剂量的口服液30d，测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核一巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性。结果3．33ml／kg·bw、10．00ml／kg·bw剂量能显著提高小鼠的迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞数及NK细胞活性，10．00ml／kg·bw剂量能显著提高ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力，各剂量对小鼠半数溶血值、小鼠碳廓清能力、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力无显著影响。结论该口服液具有增强免疫力功能。
