心脏不停跳体外循环心内直视手术脑氧饱和度的测定

摘    要:
选择20例心脏不停跳体外循环心内直视手术病人,术中动态监测病人脑氧饱和度(rSO2)的变化,以了解这种新术式对病人大脑功能的影响情况。结果表明:心脏不停跳体外循环心内直视手术时病人rSO2的变化不大,均在正常值范围,提示术中只要维持MAP>6.65kPa,同时超常规量提高转流量,这种新术式并没有造成对病人大脑功能的影响及脑损害。

Abstract:
Open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass without cardioplegia was performed in 20 patients.Regional cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO 2) was monitored to determine the effect of this new CPB technique on the function of the brain.The results show that the changes of rSO 2 during operation were within the normal range.Our results indicate that as long as MAP is maintained above 6 65kPa by a higher perfusion rate during CPB,this CPB technique does not injure the brain.
