摘    要:
目的探讨更好的且适应现代护理教育理念和临床实践的护理学教学方法,提高临床护理教学效果。方法对实习护生分别采用两种教学法进行临床护理教学,实验组采用以问题为基础教学法,对照组采用传统教学法;对两组护生实习结束时考核成绩进行分析,并对两组学生就教学法评价进行问卷调查;将两组学生考试成绩进行t检验。结果实验组考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组学生就教学法评价有明显不同倾向。结论以问题为基础教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣、积极性与主动性,培养了学生评判性思维能力,提高了口头表达能力等,同时能促进师资队伍的建设,在临床教学中有其应用价值;但是,在实施过程中应注意把握如下要点:教师应精心设问,为学生提供多途径的资料查询方式,营造适度的课堂氛围。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the better nursing teaching method adapting to modern nursing education ideas and clinical practice so as to improve teaching effects of clinical nursing. Methods The practice nurses in our hospital were divided into two groups,problem-based learning(PBL) was applied in experimental group and traditional teaching in control group. The assessment scores of nurses in two groups were analyzed and they were investigated by questionnaire. Their examination scores were tested by t. Results The examination scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01). There were different trend for teaching evaluation in two groups. Conclusion PBL excited students' learning interests,initiatives,and enthusiasm,cultured students' thoughtful ability,enhanced oral expressing ability,strengthened the construction of teaching staff and had application value in clinical teaching. However,key points as follows should be grasped during implementation:the teachers should design the problems carefully,offer all kinds of inquired ways of materials and construct appropriate class atmosphere.
