温州市社区空巢老人社会支持状况及相关因素调查与分析

目的了解温州市社区空巢老人社会支持状况及其相关因素。方法用一般资料调查问卷、社会支持评定量表对温州市12个社区314名空巢老人进行调查。结果年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、居住形式、月经济收入和空巢年限对空巢老人的客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总分有影响；男性较女性易获得客观支持；患疾病种数对空巢老人主观支持有影响；负性经历对社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度有影响。结论建立完善的社会支持网络，根据空巢老人的具体情况给予社会支持，可提高其生活质量。

Investigation and analysis on the relevant factors of social support condition of empty-nest elderly in community of Wenzhou

Objective To study the social support condition and related factors of empty- nest elderly in community of Wenzhou. Method Investigate 314 empty-nest elderly in 12 communities of Wenzhou by general investigation information questionnaire and Social Support Scale. Result Age, education level, marriage, living pattern, monthly income and empty- nest years have effect on the total scores of objective support, subjective support and social support. Male is easier to get objective support than female. The number of disease on empty - nest elderly has effect on subjective support. Negative life experience has effect on social support score, objective support, subjective support and utilization of support. Conclusion Building up a perfect social support system, giving social support to empty nest elderly according to their situation can improve their quality of life.
