迭代重建技术在肺部CT的临床应用

摘    要:多排CT快速发展,在常见多发的肺部疾病诊断及鉴别诊断中应用更加广泛,同时,患者所受的辐射剂量也明显增加。以往降低CT剂量主要通过优化扫描技术参数如调节管电流或管电压、增加螺距、自动曝光控制调节等,随着计算机技术的快速进步,低剂量迭代重建技术已成为肺CT领域新的研究热点,本文就滤波反投影技术与迭代重建技术的利弊及迭代重建算法目前在肺部的临床应用进行综述。

Abstract:With the rapid development of multi-slice CT, the applications of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung diseases have become increasingly more widespread, while the patient's radiation dose also increase significantly. In the past, the method to reduce the dose CT scanning technology is to optimize parameters, such as adjusting the tube current or tube voltage, increasing the pitch, adjust the automatic exposure control, etc. With the rapid advances in computer technology, low-dose iterative reconstruction technique has become a new hotspot in CT field. The pros and cons of iterative reconstruction technique and filtered back projection technique and the clinical application of iterative reconstruction algorithms currently in lung were reviewed in the paper.
