细胞自噬与卵巢癌的关系

自噬是所有真核生物体内普遍存在的一种代谢过程,是细胞在应激状态下将自身的代谢产物重新加工利用以维持细胞存活的过程。在细胞死亡时也伴随着自噬的发生,这种死亡称为Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡。自噬与许多肿瘤的发生、发展有密切的联系,其中也包括卵巢癌。研究已证实,在卵巢癌中存在自噬水平的改变,然而如何通过自噬水平表达的高低对卵巢癌患者进行诊断、治疗及预后的评定目前仍然是一个难题。

The Relationship between Cell Autophagy and Ovarian Cancer

Autophagy is a ubiquitous metabolic process inside all of the eukaryotes which can utilize metabolite of the cells and maintain cell survival under stress.Cell death is also accompanied by the occurrence of autophagy,named as type Ⅱ programmed cell death.Recently many researchers find that autophagy has relationships to the tumorigenesis and development in many kinds of cancer including ovarian cancer.It has been demonstrated that the changes of autophagy level existed in ovarian cancer.However,it is still a conundrum for us to use the expression of autophagy to diagnose,treat and evaluate prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.
