小儿肺炎支原体感染10例临床检验分析

目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床检验方法和结果,以此作为研究有效治疗疾病的依据。方法随机选择2012年1月至2013年4月我院门诊收治的150例小儿肺炎感染患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的资料进行回顾性分析,整理和总结其临床检验结果。结果所有患者的临床检验结果中,62例患者显示血沉、白细胞以及CRP有明显升高现象。冷凝集试验显阳性50例,阳性率33.3%。痰培养支原体显阳性30例,阳性率20%。同时还出现心肌酶谱有较大改变、出现蛋白尿和肝功能轻微损伤等症状。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染引发的重要病原主要为肺炎支原体,在多项检验中变化较明显,在综合分析多项检验结果过可明显提高诊断准确率,对提高诊治率有极大的意义。

Analysis on Clinical Examination of 150 Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

Objective To observe the clinical examination methods and results of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection for children, for providing reference for treating disease. Methods 150 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2013 were selected as research objects. The clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. And the clinical examination results were summarized. Results For the clinical examination results of all patients, there were 62 cases with blood sedimentation and increase of leukocyte and CRP. For the cold agglutinin test, 50 patients were positive, and the positive rate was 33.3%. For sputum culture mycoplasma, 30 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 20%. And there were symptoms such as great change of myocardial enzymes, proteinuria and mild damage of liver function. Conclusion The important pathogens caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection for children is mycoplasma pneumoniae which is evident in many examinations. Making comprehensive analysis on clinical examination results can evidently improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis, which has great significance for improving the diagnosis rate.
