强肝胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

目的：探讨中药强肝胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法：将符合非酒精性脂肪肝诊断标准的122例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组64例用强肝胶囊,每次5粒,每天2次,对照组用凯西菜,每次0.2 g,每天3次,2组疗程为3个月。结果：治疗组治疗后ALT和γ-GT分别为（43.3±11.7),（50.0±13.4） U·L^-1,较治疗前（87.6±15.2),（77.8±16.5）U·L^-1有明显改善(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)为（1.84±1.28） mmol·L^-1,虽较治疗前（2.92±1.63）mmol·L^-1有改善,但无统计学意义。对照组治疗后ALT为（40.l±12.4） U·L^-1,较治疗前（91.5±14.2）U·L^-1明显改善(P<0.05),γ-GT和TG分别为（58.2±16.5),（2.02±1.27） mmol·L^-1,较治疗前的（82.6±18.2）,（2.78±1.76） mmol·L^-1虽有一定的下降,但无统计学意义。治疗组总有效率为79.69%,优于对照组的62.07%(P<0.05)。结论：强肝胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝有较好的治疗作用。

Clinical study of treatment nonalcoholic fatty liver with Qianggan capsule

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qianggan capsule on the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver. METHODS: One hundred and twenty-two patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups, 64 patients in the treated group were treated by Qianggan capsule, 5 granule every time, twice per day and the 58 patients in control group were treated by tiopronin, 0. 2 gram every time, third per day with a therapeutic course of 3 months. RESULT: Serum levels of ALT and gamma-GT were decreased significantly after the treatment of Qianggan capsule (P <0.05). However, TG levels seemed decreased but have not significant difference after the treatment of Qianggan capsule. The serum level of ALT in control group decreased markedly after treatment (P < 0.05), but no obvious change was seen in gamma-GT and TG in control group after treatment. The total effective rate in the treated group was higher than those in the control group (79.69% vs 62.07%, P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Qianggan capsule is an effective recipe in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver.
