| 摘 要： | 目的：从麻黄中提取总黄酮和多糖，并测定其含量。方法：运用超声技术提取麻黄总黄酮和多糖，用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果：测得麻黄中总黄酮含量为6．64％，平均回收率为100．6％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1．34％（n=5）；多糖含量为4．83％，平均回收率为99．58％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1．02％（n=5）。结论：运用超声技术从麻黄中联合提取总黄酮和多糖，反应速度加快，提高了提取效率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica.Methods:Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica were extracted by ultrasonic technology and determined by colorimetry;Results:Total flavonoids in Ephedra sinica was 6.64%,and recovery rate was 100.6%,RSD was 1.34%(n=5);Polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica was 4.83%,and recovery rate was 99.58%,RSD was 1.02%(n=5).Conclusion:Ultrasonic techology is applied to extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica,the reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory. |
