熄风通痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎40例疗效观察

目的观察熄风通痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效。方法将60例类风湿关节炎随机分为2组。治疗组40例用熄风通痹汤治疗,对照组20例用雷公藤片治疗。2组均30日为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率55.0%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)较治疗前均降低(P<0.01),但2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论熄风通痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎有较好疗效。

Effect of Xifengtongbi decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To observe the effect of Xifengtongbi decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in treatment group were treated by Xifengtongbi decoction.20 cases in the control group were treated by tripterygium glycosides tablet.The course was 30 days in both groups.The Statistical data were assessed after two courses.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.5%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(55.0%,P<0.01).There was significant between the two groups(P<0.01).The expression of C-reactive protein(CRP) and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xifengtongbi decoction has better therapeutic effect for RA.
