冠心病患者炎症反应与内皮功能损伤的关系

摘    要:
目的:探讨C-反应蛋白,纤维蛋白原及血管假性血友病因子间的关系。方法:检测急性心肌梗死(AMI)组,心绞痛(AP)组,正常对照(CTL)组各30例的血清C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、血管假性血友病因子水平。结果:AMI组的血C-反应蛋白,纤维蛋白原、血管假性血友病因子均高于AP组和CTL组(P值均<0.05)。AP组3个指标高于CTL组(P值均<0.05)。C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、血管假性血友病因子浓度间彼此正直线相关(P值均<0.01)。结论:①C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原在冠心病发生、发展中起重要作用。②炎症反应通过损伤内皮细胞的功能而起作用,并与冠心病的严重程度有关。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the relationship between inflammation and endothelia dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Blood samples were collected from 30 acute myocardial infarction patients,30 angina pectoris and 30 healthy control subjects.Serum C-reactive protein (CRP)and plasma fibrinogen (Fg)were analyzed by immunonephelometry,von Willebrand factor (VWF) was determined by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA) .Results:The levels of CRP,Fg VWF in acute myocardial infarction patients were higher than in angina pectoris patients (all P < 0.01) ,the levels of the three factors in angina pectoris patients were higher than in control group ( P < 0.01), and positively correlated to each other (all P < 0.01). Conclusion: Inflammatory acute phase protein maybe play an important role in atherosclerosis by impaired endothelial function. The severity of coronary heart disease was determined by levels of inflammatory markers.
