乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应76例分析及安全性评价

目的 探讨乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液所致不良反应（ADR）的特点，并对安全性进行评价，以促进临床合理用药。方法 对2010年3月-2015年8月间于榆林星元医院进行乳酸左氧氟沙星注射后发生ADR的76例患者进行回顾性分析，对患者一般情况、用药情况以及不良反应表现进行考察。结果 76例ADR病例当中，男性占51.32%，女性占48.68%。患者年龄以61～80岁所占构成比最大；原患疾病以呼吸系统感染所占构成比最大，占全部病例的47.37%；用药剂量以每次300 mg的患者所占构成比最大，为51.3%；联合用药占21.05%，以头孢菌素类联用最为多见；给药后24 h内发生ADR病例所占构成比最大；共出现51例单一器官受累及33例多重器官受累，以消化系统和皮肤受累所占构成比最高；好转33例，痊愈43例。结论 乳酸左氧氟沙星在临床各种疾病的治疗中均可能出现不良反应，在使用该药物进行治疗时，必须进行合理应用与不良反应监测，以保障患者用药安全。

Analysis and safety assessment of 76 cases of adverse drug reaction reports of Levofloxacin Lactate Injection

Objective To explore adverse drug reaction (ADR) of levofloxacin lactate injection, and make safety assessment for their rational use in clinic. Methods Totally 76 cases of adverse reaction of levofloxacin lactate injection in Xing Yuan (4th) Hospital of Yulin from March 2010 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. General data, medications, and adverse reaction appearance was observed. Results Among 76 cases of ADR of levofloxacin lactate injection, there were 51.32% male and 48.68% female. Patients of 61-80 years old had the largest number. Patients underlying respiratory infections had largest proportion of 47.37%. Levofloxacin lactate injection was given with the dose of 300 mg/time with the percentage of 51.3%. Results The drug combination had a percentage of 21.05%, and cephalosporin had the largest proportion. ADR always happened in 24 h after medication, there were 51 cases single and 33 multi organ or system involved, and the largest number among them was digestive system and skin. The results of ADR were 33 cases better and 43 cases recovery. Conclusion ADR can happen in using Levofloxacin Lactate Injection to treat diseases in many organs and systems. It means that we have to reasonably apply and monitor ADR in time to ensure patients administration security.
