| 摘 要： | 目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血(SMI)伴室性早搏(室早)患者的疗效及安全性。方法将69例冠心病SMI伴室早患者随机分为2组:A组36例口服参松养心胶囊,B组33例口服复方丹参片,2组均同时加用阿司匹林与普伐他汀,疗程均为12周。结果A组用药后SMI的发作次数及室早显著减少(P<0.01),持续总时间显著缩短(P<0.01)。B组SMI发作次数亦明显减少(P<0.05),持续总时间缩短(P<0.05),但室早治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病SMI伴室早有效、安全。 |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the efficiency and safety of Shensong Yangxin capsule(SSYXC) on silent myocardial ischemia(SMI) with ventricular premature beats(VPBs) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 69 cases of CHD patients with SMI and VPBs were randomly divided into 2 groups.Both the groups were given Aspirin and Pravastatin.On the basis of treatment above,group A(36 cases) was treated with SSYXC and group B(33 cases) with compound Danshen tablet.The courses of therapy were 12 weeks in both groups.Results In group A,the occurrence of SMI as well as VPBs was significantly reduced(P<0.01) and the total continuative time was shortened significantly(P<0.01).The same results were found in group B except VPBs which didn't change obviously before and after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion SSYXC is safe and effective on SMI with VPBs in CHD. |
