杏香兔耳风药材的质量标准研究

目的：进行杏香兔耳风药材的质量标准研究，建立杏香兔耳风药材中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法：以杏香兔耳风总酚酸的提取率为考查指标，对药材的提取方法进行考察，确定最佳提取方法；经方法学验证，采用紫外分光光度法，以4，5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸为对照品，在328nm下测定药材中杏香兔耳风总酚酸的含量。结果：4，5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸在0．004mg／ml-0．020mg／ml范围内线性关系良好，回归方程A=45．1365CX-0．01778（r=0．9998），平均回收率为97．91％，RSD为1．74％。结论：该法简单、准确、可靠，为有效控制杏香兔耳风药材提取物质量提供了可靠依据。

STUDY ON QUALITY STANDARD OF XINGXIANG TUERFENG

objective：To study the quality standard of Xingxiang Tuerfeng and establish a method for determining the total phenolic acid content in Xingxiang Tuerfeng.Methods：The total phenolic acid extraction rate in Xingxiang Tuerfeng was taken as index to determine the best extracting method. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used and 4,5-Dicaffeoyl-quinic acid was taken as reference substance to determine the total phenolic acid content in Xingxiang Tierfeng at 328nm.Results：The calibration curve of 4,5-Dicaffeoyl-quinic acid was linear at the range 0.004mg/ml-0.020mg/ml;the regression equation was A = 45.1365CX-0.01778 （r=0.9998）;the average recovery was 97.91% with RSD of 1.74%.Conclusions：This method is simple,accurate,reliable and can provide reliable bases for effectively controlling the quality of extraction from Xingxiang Tuerfeng.
