| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声乳化吸出术治疗外伤性晶状体不全脱位白内障的手术技巧。方法 采用旋转切削超声乳化技术对22例(22眼)进行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植人手术，其中10例需联合前段玻璃体切除术。结果 术后随访3～36月，平均15．1月，最佳球镜矫正视力：≥1．0者5眼；0．4～0．8者14眼；0．1～0．3者3眼。继发青光眼2例。结论 运用旋转切削超声乳化技术治疗外伤性晶状体不全脱位白内障，安全且并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the technology of phacoemulsification in lens subluxation.Methods Surgery technology of rotated chipping phacoemulsification was performed on 22 eyes of 22 patients,and combined vitrectomy in anterior chamber was performed on 10 eyes.Results After follow up for 3-36 months,the visual acuites with spherical correction or without correction were 1.0 or better in 5 cases,0.4-0.8 in 14 cases,0.3-0.1 in 3 cases.Secondary glaucoma appeared in 2 cases.Conclusion Surgery technology of rotated chipping phacoemulsification in lens subluxation is safely and less complication. |
