匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的观察匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘(哮喘)的疗效。方法选取2011—2012年我院儿科收治的哮喘患儿120例,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组应用孟鲁司特咀嚼片,观察组在对照组基础上加用匹多莫德颗粒剂。比较两组患儿治疗前后日间症状评分、夜间症状评分、第1秒用力呼气末容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)及血清IgG、IgA和IgM含量。结果治疗12周后,观察组日间症状评分、夜间症状评分均低于对照组,FEV1/FVC、PEF、血清IgA含量高于对照组(P0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特可明显减轻哮喘儿童哮喘症状,增加血清IgA含量,疗效优于单用孟鲁司特。

Effect of Pidotimod Combined with Montelukast on Children with Bronchial Asthma

Objective To observe the effect of pidotimod combined with montelukast on children with bronchial asthma. Methods 120 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were divided into groups observation and control according to random number table, each of 60 cases. Control group was given montelukast, observation groups was given pidotimod combined witb montelukast. Daytime symptom score, nighttime symptom score, FEV~/FVC, PEF and lev- el of serum lgG, IgA and lgM were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results 12 weeks after treatment, the daytime symptom score, nighttime symptom score in observation group were lower than those of control group, FEVt/FVC, PEF and level of serum IgA higher （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Pidotimod combined with montelukast in treating children with bronchial asthma can obviously alleviate symptom, increase level of serum IgA. The effect is better than montelukast alone.
