天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效观察

目的观察天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月—2013年4月我院神经内科收治的TIA患者96例,将其按照就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用胞磷胆碱联合复方丹参注射液治疗,治疗组采用天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗。两组疗程均为14d,并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%(44/48),高于对照组的77.1%(37/48)(χ2=6.173,P=0.046)。两组患者均未发现不良反应。结论天麻素注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗TIA效果好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Gastrodin Injection Combined with Alprostadil Injection on Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective To observe the effect of gastrodin injection combined with alprostadil injection on transient is- chemic attack （TIA）. Methods 96 patients with TIA in our hospital of nerve internal medicine from May 2010 to April 2013 were divided into groups treatment and control according to the treatment order, each of 48 cases. Control group was given eitico- line and compound danshen injection, treatment group was given gastrodin injection and alprostadil injection. Both treated for 14 days, and the effect between two groups was compared. Results The total efficacy of treatment group was 91.7% （44/48） , was higher than that of control group of 77. 1% （37/48） （χ2 = 6. 173, P = 0. 046）. Adverse reactions were not noted in two groups. Conclusion Gastrodin injection combined with alprostadil injection has satisfactory effect, and less side effects on tran- sient ischemic attack, being worthy of promotion.
