| 摘 要： | 为了明确血浆正五聚蛋白一3（PⅨ一3）在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）发生、发展过程中的致病作用,本文通过查阅相关的文献资料,简单综述了PTX一3的发现、结构、功能、来源、生物学特性及其与ACS发生、发展和预后的关系,从而为临床有效预防ACS的发生及改善ACS患者的预后提供一定的理论基础。

| Abstract: | In order to figure out the role of plasma pentraxin 3 （PTX -3 ） in the acute coronary syndrome （ACS）, his paper reviews the relevant literatures, and summarizes the discovery, structure, function, source, and its biological char- leteristies of PTX- 3, and its relationship of ACS＇occurrence and prognosis. We hope provides a theoretical basis for ACS pa- ients＇clinical prevention and prognosis. |
