保乳手术治疗高龄乳腺癌患者的临床分析

目的探讨保乳手术治疗高龄乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法 120例Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,观察组采用保乳手术,对照组采用改良根治术,术后均给予辅助放化疗和内分泌治疗,比较两组的围手术期指标、生存率、美容效果满意度和生活质量。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、引流量、手术时间和拔管时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组美容效果的优良率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的71.7%(P<0.05),术后两组患者的生存率无明显差别;观察组的角色功能、社会功能和总体健康状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保乳手术治疗高龄乳腺癌患者具有良好的效果,可以提高患者的美容效果和生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Clinical analysis of breast-conserving surgery treatment for breast cancer of elderly patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery treatment for breast cancer of elderly patients. Methods 120 cases of the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The test group was given breast-conserving surgery, while the control group was given modified radical mastectomy. Adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy and endo- crine therapy were given after surgery. Perioperative indicators, survival of the patients, satisfaction of cos- metic results and quality of life were compared. Results The blood loss, drainage, surgery time and extu- bation time of the test group were significantly less than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The excellent rate of cosmetic results of the test group was 90. 0% , significantly higher than the control group which was 71.7% （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups＇ survival rate. The role function, social function and overall health of the test group were significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery treatment for breast cancer of elderly patients is satisfactory. Breast-conserving surgery can improve the cosmetic results and quality life of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
