住院医生医德教育探析

住院医生的医德教育对营造医院廉洁行医的氛围具有重要的意义。本文从克服市场经济负面影响、营造医院廉洁行医氛围、提高住院医生医德水平和医院医疗质量阐述住院医生医德教育的必要性,提出通过理想信念教育、加强廉政文化建设、提高制度执行力和社会实践等方法加强住院医生的医德教育,强化医德教育效果。

Exploration on Education of Medical Ethics for the Residents

Education on the ethics of the resident doctors plays an significant role in creating an uncorrupted atmosphere in medical practice.This paper aims to elaborate the importance of education on the ethics of the resident doctors from the perspectives of the negative effect of the market economy,creating the uncorrupted atmosphere,enhancing the level of doctors’ medical ethics and medicare of the hospitals.It puts forward that a positive effect on medical ethics education can be achieved by education on ideals and faiths for the doctors,construction of uncorrupted administration,execution for the polices and social practice.
