摘 要: | 目的评价闭合复位空心钉内固定术治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对我院26例中青年股骨颈骨折患者采用闭合复位2枚空心钉内固定术治疗(A组),与开放复位内固定(B组)进行对比。结果实验A组愈合25例,出现坏死1例;对照B组愈合27例,出现坏死1例;两组在切口长度、术中时间、出血量方面有统计学意义(P〈0.01),在愈合率上无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗中青年股骨颈骨折具有创伤小特点.是一种比较好的治疗方法。

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of closed reduction hollow screw internal fixation for femoral neck fractures. Methods Twenty-six young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital re- ceived closed reduction 2-hollow-screw technique treatment (group A), which was compared to the open reduction in- ternal fixation (group B). Results In the experimental A group, 25 patients healed and 1 patient had necrosis; In the con- trol group, 27 patients healed and 1 patient had necrosis. The two groups were statistically different in the length of in cision, intraoperative time and bleeding (P 〈 0.01), but were not significantly different in the healing rate (P 〉 0.05). Con- clusion The closed reduction hollow screw internal fixation is minimally invasive in the treatment of young and mid- dle-aged femoral neck fractures and therefore is a good treatment method. |
