| 摘 要： | 目的观察独一味颗粒对实验性肝纤维化大鼠的治疗作用。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照、模型、秋水仙碱、独一味颗粒高、中、低剂量6组。以四氯化碳联合高脂饮食等复合因素建立肝纤维化模型，造模同时给予相应药物灌胃治疗，于6周末实验期满，观察各组大鼠肝脏病理改变，及肝功能指标ALT、AST、MAO及肝纤指标PCⅢ、HA的变化。结果独一味颗粒能减轻肝纤维化大鼠肝脏的病理改变，改善肝功能（P〈0．05），降低肝纤维化程度（P〈0．01）。结论独一味颗粒具有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。 |
