| 摘 要： | 目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在对症支持的基础上加用灯盏细辛注射液治疗,14d后判定临床疗效,并检测血液流变学的改变。结果治疗组治疗后临床疗效与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组血液流变学的比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性脑梗死可降低全血黏度和全血还原黏度,改善微循环,提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the clinical curative effect of fleabane injection on acute brain infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute brain infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was treated with fleabane injection on the base of symptomatic treatment. The curative effect was assessed and the change of hemorheology was detected after 14 days. Results There was significant difference on curative effect after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05). There was exceeding significant difference on the change of hemorheology between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Fleabane injection can lower blood viscosity, improve minicirculation and increase curative effect in treating acute brain infarction. |
