加味旋覆代赭汤临床应用

目的]介绍加味旋覆代赭汤的适应症及治疗效果。方法]选择历年间接诊中使用加味旋覆代赭汤的各类胃虚痰阻,气逆不降的患者采用内服中药加味旋覆代赭石汤。结果]加味旋覆代赭汤治疗胃虚痰阻,气逆不降患者具有明显临床疗效,治愈率高。结论]应用加味旋覆代赭汤临证加减,治疗反流性食管炎、胆汁反流性胃炎、顽固性呃逆、化疗诱发的迟发性呕吐等症疗效显著。

Clinical Practice of Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction

Objective]To introduce the indication and the therapeutical effects of Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction.Method]Who have suffered from stomach virtual phlegm resistance and reversed flow of vital energy that did not fall between these years,were all selected to take Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction orally.Results]These patients got obvious therapeutical effect after administrat the decoction,and the total effective rate showed high price.Conclusion]After used Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction that has clinical adds and subtracts,reflux esophagitis,bile reflux gastritis,intractable hiccup and delayed emesis after chemotherapy all have well therapeutical effect.Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction has indeed curative effect on various stomach virtual phlegm resistance and reversed flow of vital energy that did not fall.
