耳穴电针联合黄龙汤加味保留灌肠对腹部术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响

目的观察耳穴电针联合黄龙汤加味保留灌肠对腹部术后胃肠道功能的影响。方法将210例腹部术后患者随机分3组。常规对照组应用＂两管一禁＂原则,包括禁饮食？胃肠减压？静脉补液;中药对照组70例在常规对照组基础上,予黄龙汤加味保留灌肠;治疗组70例在中药对照组治疗基础上予耳穴电针。观察3组消化功能恢复情况。结果治疗组在肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气、排便时间各方面均明显优于常规对照组、中药对照组（P〈0.05）。结论耳穴电针加黄龙汤加味保留灌肠可明显促进腹部手术后患者胃肠道功能的恢复。

Effect of combination of electricacupuncture of ear point and Huanglong decoction on recovery of gastrointestinal motility postoperative period

Objective To the effect of combination of electricacupuncture of ear point and Huanglong decoction on recovery of gastrointestinal motility postoperative period.Methods 210 patients suffer abdominal operation were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in routine control group were treated by routine therapy including different fasting,gastrointestinal decompression and intravenous fluids supplement.Patients in Chinese medicine control group were treated by combination of routine therapy and Huanglong decoction.70 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of electricacupuncture of ear point,Huanglong decoction and routine therapy.The recovery conditions of digestive function were observed in three groups after treatment.Results Recovery time of borborygmus,and time of passage of gas by anus and defecation in treatment group were superior to those in routine control group and Chinese medicine control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of electricacupuncture of ear point and Huanglong decoction can improve recovery of gastrointestinal motility postoperative period.
