纳米混悬剂的物理稳定性研究进展

摘    要:
纳米混悬剂具有增加药物溶解度,提高生物利用度,降低毒副作用等特点,有关这方面的研究是目前纳米制剂研究的一个热点,美国FDA至今已批准多个相关产品上市.物理稳定性问题在纳米药物混悬液中比较突出,是制约纳米混悬液研发的重要因素之一.本文就纳米混悬剂物理稳定性所面临的问题、理论机制及其应对策略进行综述.

Abstract:
Nanosuspensions have characteristics of increasing solubility, improving bioavailability, reducing toxicity of drugs, and have become a hotspot in the research area of nanodrugs recently. A few related drugs of nanosuspensions were approved by the FDA of USA up to date. Physical stability is a key issue that limits the research and development of naosuspensions. This article reviews the physical stability of nanosuspensions, including their mechanisms and corresponding strategies to overcome the stability problems.
