| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨女性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中细胞周期素D1（cyclin D1）的表达情况及其与临床生物学行为的关系。方法：应用Western blot方法检测60例女性NSCLC组织和癌旁正常组织中cyclin D1的阳性表达率。结果：女性NSCLC组织中cyclin D1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织（P〈0.05）。T2～T4组、淋巴结转移阳性组cyclin D1表达率高于T1组、淋巴结转移阴性组（P〈0.05）。cyclin D1的阳性表达与肿瘤生长部位未见显著性关联。结论：女性NSCLC组织中存在cyclin D1的过表达，cyclin D1可能是肺癌的潜在预报因子。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of cyclin D1 in women with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: The expression of cyclin D1 was detected by Western blot in the samples of tumor and paratumor tissues from 60 women with NSCLC.Results: The positive expression rate of cyclin D1 in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in paratumor tissues(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate in women with NSCLC of stage T2 to T4 and those with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in women with NSCLC of stage T1 and those without lymph node metastasis,respectively(P < 0.05).No relationship was found between the positive expression of cyclin D1 and tumor position.Conclusion: The overexpression of cyclin D1 might be implicated in the oncogenesis of lung cancer,and could predict the poor prognosis in patients with resectable lung cancer. |
