十二指肠残端漏的治疗

目的 探讨十二指肠残端漏的治疗方法。方法 回顾分析我院10年间8例十二指肠残端漏的治疗。结果 5例发生于十二脂肠球部溃疡毕Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后,3例发生于胃癌根治术后,治愈7例,死亡1例。结论 十二指肠残端漏治疗的关键是发现及时,充分引流及有效的营养支持。

THE MANAGEMENT OF DUODENAL STUMP FISTULA

Aim to search for the treatment of duodenal stump fistula. Methods the treatment of 8 patients with duodenal stump fistula was analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 8 patients,5 occurred fistula after partial gastrectomy for the duodenal ulcer and 3 occurred after radical resection for the gastric cancer,7 patients were cured and one died. Conclusions The treatment of duodenal stump fistula are the early diagnosis,fully drainage,effective nutrition support.
