中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎疗效观察

目的：观察辨证口服中药汤剂配合西药静点红霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例支原体肺炎患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。对照组采用静点红霉素、口服阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用中药汤剂。结果：红霉素加中药汤剂组治疗显效率高于单用红霉素组,分别为97.1%、71.1%,2组比较,经统计学处理,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西药合用治疗肺炎支原体肺炎可提高疗效。
