摘    要:目的:了解呼吸道感染病原菌的分布及其耐药性。方法:采用常规方法与全自动细菌分析系统鉴定分离的病原菌,用K-B法进行抗菌药物药敏试验。结果:500份呼吸道感染标本中分离出547株病原菌,其中G+球菌196株,占35.83%(196/547)。感染细菌中G-杆菌主要以铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌为主,分别为16.27%,15.36%,13.16%;G+球菌主要以金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌为主,分别为16.09%,11.15%。G+球菌对青霉素耐药率达100%,G-杆菌对氨苄西林耐药率达93.26%以上。结论:呼吸道感染患者病原菌以G-杆菌为主,对抗生素的耐药呈现上升趋势。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of bacteria isolated from patients with the respiratory tract infection. Methods: The bacteria isolated were identified by traditional methods and bacteria auto-analysis system. The drug sensitivity tests were done with Kirby Bauer method. Results: Five hundred and forty-seven(547) strains were isolated, and 196 swains were Gram-positive(35.83%), 342 strains were Gram-negative(62.52%), and 9 sWains were fungus (1.65%). In isolated Gram-negative bacillus, most are P. Aeruginosa, K.pneumoniae and E. coli, their percentage, are 16.27%, 15.36%, 13.16%, respectively. In isolated Gram-positive coccusbacteria most are S.aureus and S.epidermidis, their percentage respectively are 16.09%, 11.15%.The resistant rate of Gram-positive coccusbacteria to Penicillin was 100%. The resistant rate of Gram-negative bacillus to ampicil was 93.26%. Cunelusion: Most of the bacteria isolated from respiratory infecton patients most are Gram-positive and most of them are antibiotics resistant.
