以问题为基础的教学法在临床护理教学中的运用

目的：探讨以问题为基础的教学法（Problem-Basedlearning,PBL）在临床护理教学中的应用。方法：采用设问-自主学习-讨论-总结四阶段教学,强调护生自主学习,促进学生理论与实践的有机结合。结果：通过调查问卷,学生在自我指导学习、倾听与记录能力、团队合作精神、相互尊重与宽容、对文献评估能力有很大提高。结论：PBL教学法培养学生发现、解决临床问题的能力,激发创新意识的形成,提高护生实习效果。

The application of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in clinical nursing teaching

Objective： To explore the application of PBL in clinical nursing teaching. Methods： We adopted four-Stage teaching mode including question-design, self-study, discussion and summary, and emphasized self-study, organic combining of theory and practice. Resalts： Through the investigation by questionnaire, the students had a great improvement in the self-directed learning, listening and recording, team cooperation, mutual respect and tolerance, and literature utilization. Conclusion： PBL teaching can train the ability of finding and solving clinical problems, inspire innovative consciousness. It can also improve the effectiveness of nursing practice.
