内源性尿激酶及其受体在冠心病患者中的临床意义

摘    要:
 【目的】探讨内源性u-PA及u-PAR在不同类型冠心病患者中的临床意义。【方法】急性心肌梗死(AMI)组30例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组25例,稳定型心绞痛(SA)组20例,非冠心病(NCAD)组30例,分别检测四组研究对象入院时及入院后2周血浆u-PA浓度和全血中性粒细胞表面u-PAR表达率。【结果】四组研究对象入组时和入组后2周血浆u-PA浓度及全血中性粒细胞表面u-PAR表达率差异均有统计学意义,AMI组明显高于UA组(P<0.001),UA组明显高于SA组(P<0.001),而SA组与NCAD组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入组后2周血浆u-PA浓度及全血中性粒细胞表面u-PAR表达率与入组时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】不同类型的冠心病患者,内源性u-PA及u-PAR的变化情况是不同的,稳定型心绞痛即有上升趋势,不稳定型心绞痛升高较明显,而急性心肌梗死升高最明显。

Abstract:
[Objective] To uncover the clinical roles of endogenous u-PA and u-PAR in different types of coronary heart disease. [Methods] We divided all the cases into four groups: 30 cases in NCAD group, 20 cases in SA group, 25 cases in UA group, 30 cases in AMI group. In all these groups, the expression of u-PAR on neutrophile with flow cytometry and measured the levels of u-PA in plasma were measured with a solid phaseenzyme-linked immuneosorbent assay (ELISA) when the cases were brought into this study and two weeks after they were brought into this study. [Results] The difference between the expression levels of u-PAR on neutrophile and the plasma levels of u-PA when the cases were brought into this study and two weeks after they were brought into this study was significant. The AMI group were higher than the UA group (P < 0.001); the UA group were higher than the SA group (P < 0.001); however the different between the SA group and the NCAD group was not significant (P > 0.05); the difference of the expression of u-PAR on neutrophile and the plasma levels of u-PA between the cases were brought into this study and two weeks after was not significant (P > 0.05).[Conclusion] The change of endogenous u-PA and its receptor are different in different types of coronary heart disease patients. There is an ascending trend of u-PA and its receptor in the SA group, the ascending trend is more significant in the UA group, and the most significant in the AMI group.
