| 摘 要： | 目的研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者脂肪组织肿瘤坏死因子受体II(TNFR2)mRNA的表达,探讨PCOS患者发生胰岛素抵抗(IR)的分子生物学机制。方法用RTPCR技术,半定量检测PCOS及其对照组脂肪组织TNFR2mRNA的表达。结果TNFR2mRNA的表达在PCOS肥胖组(0.90±0.12)和PCOS非肥胖组(0.62±0.14)均显著高于非肥胖对照组(0.50±0.15),在PCOS肥胖组升高更为明显(P<0.001),PCOS肥胖组与肥胖对照组(0.88±0.14)差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论PCOS脂肪组织TNFR2mRNA的表达率升高,可能与PCOS患者发生IR、肥胖有关。 |

Study on the expression of TNFR2 in adipose tissue in PCOS |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of TNFR2 mRNA in adipose tissue of PCOS to explore the mechanism of insulin resistance(IR) in PCOS at the molocular biological level.Method:The expression of TNFR2 mRNA in adipose tissue was detected by semi quantitative RT PCR technique with inner control.Result:The expression of TNFR2 mRNA in adipose in the obese PCOS group (0.90±0.12) and the non obese PCOS group(0.62±0.14) was makedly higher than that in the non obese control group (0.50±0.15),especially in the obese PCOS group(P<0.001). The difference between the obese PCOS group and the obese control group (0.88±0.14) was of no statistically significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TNFR2 mRNA in adipose tissue of PCOS patient is abnormally excessive which may be related to IR and obese in patients with PCOS. |
