小剂量胺碘酮治疗和预防老年人心房颤动的临床疗效及安全性探讨

目的评价小剂量胺碘酮用于老年房颤患者的临床疗效及安全性.方法选择58例老年性阵发性房颤患者为研究对象,在1个月内,将胺碘酮由负荷量减至维持100mg,隔日1次.结果 47例在胺碘酮负荷量后转为窦性心率,转复成功率为81.0%.平均随访24个月,维持窦性心律的显效率为53.2%,有效率为19.1%,总有效率为72.3%.未出现明显不良反应.结论小剂量胺碘酮治疗老年人心房颤动是有效的,且不良反应较少.

Clinical efficacy and safety of low dose amiodoarone in treatment and prevention of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of low dose amiodoarone for elder patients with atrial fibillation (AF).Metheds A study was performed in 58 patients with AF.All patients received loading dose amiodarone were enrolled.Results The average time of following up was 24 months. The remarkable effective rate of maintenaning sinus rhythm was 53.2%, effective rate was 19.1%.The whole effective rate was 72.3%. No severe side effects were observed.Conversion of AF to sinus rhythm was achieved in 47 patients. The conversion rate being 81.0%.Dose of amiodarone decreased from loading dose to maintenance dose (100mg qod) within one month.Conclusion The low dose amiodarone is an effective and safe drug for the treatment and prevent of the elderly patients with AF.
